I had a great experience with Rakeman Plumbing in Las Vegas, NV. They provided fast, professional, and affordable plumbing services. They installed a new water line and sink for my business. Their team was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, even going above and beyond when my cheap IKEA sink and cabinet didn’t fit properly—they helped troubleshoot the cabinetry issue to make sure everything worked perfectly. On top of that, when our landlord couldn’t find the water shutoff they remained patient and problem-solved efficiently. I truly appreciate their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. If you need a dependable plumber in Las Vegas for water line installation, sink installation, or any plumbing repairs, I highly recommend Rakeman Plumbing! Their service is top-notch, and I’ll definitely be using them again.

1.30.25- Worst company I’ve used for any trade. Never seen any trade not be able to work with you on an arrival time. I’m going on one week and all they can offer me is 8am to 5pm. I request a first am visit but they told me “possibly” before noon. I can’t take work off for the whole and I work 45 minutes away from home. Unless you work from home DO NOT USE 1.31.25- It is now the day after the first review where I had a morning appointment yet no show of the plumber and no phone call advising me they won’t make it before noon. I called and pleaded with them to just booked a morning visit and it is now 3pm and I have not received a phone call from them advising me of anything, I even took the morning off to be home. Seriously everyone DON’T DO IT! THEY DONT CARE and will waste your time

3rd time Rakeman customer (in 20 years) and one of my favorites. They were quick(in my case next day) on time, I knew what it would cost before they started, job was done quickly and skillfully, friendly helpful technicians. 5 stars

Very positive experience with Rakeman Plumbing today! Fast response, fair pricing and friendly fast install. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and it needed a new faucet. They brought the tech out a replacement, he continued to work while someone brought it to him (excellent teamwork) and the total came in under the estimate! Thank you Rakeman

We have tree roots got into our sewer line. We couldn't flush the toilet down. Rakeman Plumbing was called, they scheduled an appointment same day, called us 30 minutes before arriving. Technician, Junior, did excellent job fixing the problem, removed the tree roots, installed the new connection base, and camera the line to make sure no other issue down in the line. He restored the functional toilet for us without any mess. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Thank you Junior for doing the beautiful job! We highly recommend this company.

I absolutely never write reviews but this company is on another level of corrupt. They require a deposit to come provide a price quote. We gave them a deposit but after six weeks and half a dozen calls they just keep saying they will call us or email us back but never do. Finally we said if they cannot even follow through with their commitment of a price quote we want our deposit back. But they refuse! So their business model is say they will do something, get a deposit from you, and then never provide a call back. My opinion is that is border line theft. We will be calling the county to inform them of their business practices but wanted to warn others to avoid them.

I’ve used Rakeman for the past few years for repairs and things like maintaining our four tankless water heating systems. Not the cheapest but no major issues. A month ago a tech fixed a leak inside a wall and it was reasonable. Then I called for someone to install a simple toilet I bought to replace one that was defective and fix a leak in a shower valve. I did not get a fixed price. I was home. The tech seemed slow on the toilet but ok. Then the shower valve. Literally five trips to the truck to get a correct size socket to remove the valve. Rather than bring a socket set to the site. I finally brought my own set, and handed him the correct size and a wrench in 60 seconds. Then he did not have a replacement valve. Ok. I’m googling one for him. Half hour later as he is trying to find one from HQ he’s sitting in the truck waiting for a call back. Another hour. He reinstalls old valve so we can turn the water back on while we wait and turns the water back on and goes to the truck again. But he left the valve open so water is spraying everywhere. I go get him from the truck. Now I have to go out. He leaves a bill for 5.5 hours - to install a toilet I bought and fix one valve. Over $900 with maybe $65 in parts and $155/hr labor. I phoned in a complaint and spoke to a manager who objected to my term ‘ripoff’ but agreed it seemed excessive and would look into it and speak to the tech. I waited to post this to see if he would bother to respond. Nope. So they got their money for this job, but lost a customer for life. Sad, it was avoidable for them.
